Multiple valid reasons: 1) shock might not give you clear judgement 2) not knowing the explosions were caused by suicide bombers 3) not knowing that particular guy was a suicide bomber 4) trusting she could reach the human side of the guy and he might not detonate himself 5) hoping the guy hadnt explosed because of hesitation or malfunction and she could exit by passing him 6) she was already exiting the scene and only noticed the bomber when she was already withing radius and decided to play it slow not to aggrevate the bomber. Its only human to leave a dangerous scene like this as fast as possible, you're filled with adrenaline and dont have all the information. Decissions are not made rational.
