What I see coming is this: Feds and Georgia take the lead with minimal interference (i.e. new indictments from other states) to set the precedent(s) and 'take the head of the serpent' first. THEN, before the relevant statute of limitations of the individual states (along with the usual 5 year limit within the Federal government) runs out, expect to see EVERYONE involved to be indicted, tried, and the highly probable convictions of all of them. I'll have to do a bit more research within the limitations of the UCMJ to see how flynn gets his, but I expect his title of Lieutenant General to be stripped along with his pension and benefits. The timing of and charges involved gets just a hair tricky under Military Law. As a footnote, I, for one, would GLADLY accept recall to active duty just to be empaneled on his courts martial.
