It's good to see the women's game improve, and indeed some of goalkeeping can be terrible. The women's game attendance has improved. But you only have to look outside of the top couple of WSL teams to find pretty low attendance, I think they have exaggerated it a little but that may help with the mentality of people. But ultimately I could never see the complaint with women's football getting better yearly, and if some of the Spanish players are to be believed it's in a better place here than Spain even after that world cup win.

Attendance goes hand in hand with quality and level of game. Top clubs have invested on women fairly well, and results can be seen. Other clubs will follow since they also want their share. Women's football is still mostly semi-prof or amateur.

Women's football is more interesting for me to watch here, there is more passion. And what goals Kaneryd has! Most Chelsea men can't do that!

That was a good vlog and it seemed a competitive game although that one guy was, probably, getting on everyone's nerves as no one made eye contact with him. Bit OTT:) The capacity crowd was 4,337 for The Champions. My problem with The WSL is the hype personified by the commentators which prompted one reviewer to say in a national newspaper "How come the commentary bears little resemblance to the play?" meaning an ordinary shot is fantastic and a normal save is wonderful. The Sunday Highlights would be more watchable if, for the first time ever,2 female panelists had a different opinion to each other or the Presenter. The guests always say "I AGREE" about everything. LOL

I can imagine that fan is quite marmite but personally I thought he was class, and brought the atmosphere well (but again that might not be everyone’s cup of tea) As for what you’ve said about the WSL. I do know what you mean, and I think it’s a good point! I find the sport really intriguing because it’s a league that’s caught between the dazzling heights of the premier league; whilst still being a sport that’s adapting to recently becoming a fully professional league. It’s still growing and improving so I think that’s exciting and from my limited experience following from afar, you can see the new players coming through are better so I think the only way is up as far as WSL is concerned!!
