Love how you’re going down the rabbit hole! Hailaker is incredible. Their self titled is a masterpiece and one of my all time favorite albums. Very excited for their new album that’s dropping soon.

amazing review, I have been a massive Bon Iver fan for about 15 years now and it was super fun enjoying this for your first time with you. I even got chills knowing that someone was getting to enjoy an album that I love so much. You should for sure check out Volcano Choir (side project), Big Red Machine (side project) and The Shouting Matches (also side project)

I fully agree with your take! The first three albums are masterpieces in my opinion. This one has some great tracks but in the end I don't return to this album as much. Maybe I had too high expectations after 22, A million which in my opinion is one of the best albums I've ever listened to. Hopefully another masterpiece will bless our ears in the future!

I love this album so much but I must say it doesn’t have as much of the snow ball effect like 22 has. As in 22, a million gets so much better so fast the more you listen to it. This is not to say that I don’t like this one.
