David's having a fucking blast. I loved when they talked about how funny he is, along with how he left his years of classical piano training, other piano training, and MED SCHOOL where he had a 4.0gpa, and at the age of 56, he's damn proud of his life. It's about fucking time they got into the Hall, and I loved how Howard blasted Jann Wenner for saying he would NEVER let Bon Jovi into the Hall. Howard gave the guy the biggest "fuck you" that anyone could give. They should have been inducted in 2011 when they were first nominated. It's ridiculous it took so long.

Tara, the band was inducted for their whole trajectory, not for its last five years. In fact, Richie and Alec (although Alec left the band in 1994) were inducted, their names are engraved on the plate; not Phil's or Shanks'. The contribution of the original members to the legacy of Bon Jovi is what matters. Richie wrote with Jon all the greatest hits of the band.
