Concerts in the 80's were the best. Every 80's band had that energy
@s.mcpherson63543 жыл бұрын
A huge part of the concerts being awesome in the 80's was no phones. Everyone was focused on either the band, or each other enjoying the band, but there was no time spent prepping software or recording the event for later, in any way shape or form. All attention was on the present moment, and none on how it looked to others now or later.

There's a reason why Bon Jovi's 'Slippery when wet' album from 1986 is a massive classic hit - 7 million copies in the US alone... a global hit. 'Let it rock' ... 'Social disease' ... 'Wanted dead or alive' ...🔥🔥🔥xcellent songs! Bon Jovi's 'New Jersey' album in 1988 was another major hit. Songs like - 'Bad medicine' ... 'Lay your hands on me'... 🔥

I remember when Bon Jovi played a free concert at Pioneer Courthouse Square in DownTown Portland, Oregon, back in the mid 90's. It was never announced ahead of time that they were coming, they just showed up in the middle of a sunny summer day out of the blue, set up, and started playing.

@coreyz.28003 жыл бұрын
The music video for this song does chaotic things to my brain. The song is all about heartbreak, relationship pain, angst, and drama. The video is exactly what Lex said: "happy energy." It's done like a live show, and the guys are just rocking out, big smiles, looking like they're having a great time, happy as can be, just goofing off and having a blast with it. Which is a total contrast to the darker, more pained vibe of the lyrics.
