Yep, we booked at the right time. The rates increased to what they are now prior to our stay, but we had already locked in at a lower price.

hi there! I am wondering if you have a gear list anywhere? I'm thinking about a dive computer and just wondering what people use!

@@jodienamandafan I don’t have a written list. Liz and I both use a Garmin Descent G1 as our primary computer, and a Suunto Mosquito as a backup. I really like the Descent G1, but it’s probably not right for everyone. I wear it as my everyday watch/fitness tracker. I like the size and don’t mind the monochromatic screen. A lot of people want a color screen. It does NOT offer air integration which many people want. The price point worked for me given that I wear it everyday. Picking a computer can be an intimidating task. Be prepared for the Shearwater fan boys that will try to make you feel stupid for not buying a Shearwater. They’re incredible computers no doubt, but there are numerous choices that will most likely fit the bill. I recommend beginning by setting your budget, then determining what features are must haves, then nice to haves. Happy to share my opinion as you narrow things down.
