@ no, nothing metal. Not even the whisk. It alters the the ph as I recall. It;s been a while but I can look it up as to the reason of “why not”….. so can you of course. It just escapes me right now but it was a good reason and it made sense..

I think you're talking about Wella T14 .T14 is the even more ashy than T18. When I used the Wella permanent toners, I mix equal parts T14 and T18 to get that super ashy platinum blonde.

I use equal parts 9VV 9T 9P with hint of 9GI, and if I'm doing it on dry hair a little bit of clear. It's the perfect platinum blonde formula.

Hey bestie!!! I bleached my roots for the first time and they came out a pale yelllow. I toned with T18 twice but my roots are still a faint yellow and parts of my hair took to the violet hue. What can I do to get my roots platinum??
