I use a high lift blonde with 20 percent developer it brings me light i ha e a tinge of warm i just need to life a half level would it be damagi g to use bleach to liftsightly ? I have fine hair

Becca, I was always told to never ever use anything metal near anything peroxide or bleach? Supposed to use plastic and Sally’s has the plastic whisks but The Dollar Store has them for $1.25 same size and they work great without doing anything “funky” to the Bleach or Toner that uses ANY level of peroxide……..Has anyone else been told this???

Honey, you know why the gray took more than two packages and your surprised is exactly what you said it’s hard to see the gray being laid on the blonde with black roots. You don’t realize how much you’re putting on. You probably put on double what you normally would with your other bleach. It’s easy to see from this side of the camera than it is from you looking in the mirror doing it, but it was easy to tell you used a lot more than you would normally. My girlfriend‘s a licensed stylist and she loves this one brand that has a charcoal bleach as in loves. It doesn’t want to use anything else. If I could remember the name I would tell you, I promise, but I can’t remember it for the life of me. She loves it. I’ll trust her. She does a hell of a job. She’s a really good blonde specialist. Anyway, she said that that’s one of the biggest learning curves that she had when she started using the charcoal bleach was knowing to use less than what your eyes see because it tricks your brain. She said you can brush and it looks like nothing‘s there because the roots are so black and the charcoal bleach is so gray you think I haven’t put enough down so you could’ve definitely done your whole head with two packages. It’s just getting used to using less than what you think you’re using so again it’d be something where you’d have to use it all the time to get used to it not your fault, babe you did choose right you were 100% correct and choosing to packages knowing that it would work. You’re just not used to using charcoal. That’s what she said so she knows the pain of learning the curve of charcoal bleach. She did say that you’d learn to love it. It’s really good and it really leaves your hair in great condition once you start using it repetitively. Just thought I’d pass it on because I sent her your bed and said how come and that was her answer and she said you look great and you’re doing a good job. A really good job for somebody who doesn’t have their license she said you’re kicking butt.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
