Pro Tip: the 7vol works great with powder and/or crème lightener. Here’s some really important info about how to make lightener work its smartest not hardest: Any lightener mixed with any volume developer (even 7vol 10vol) at a 1:1 or even a 1:2 ratio will damage the hair very quickly because that amount/ratio of developer will, regardless of its volume (low or high) will dry out and it will dry out very fast. What that means is that it lightens hair too fast but at the same time it doesn’t lighten hair high enough, because when lightener dries out it has stopped working. Fast lightening is NEVER to happen. This is where the infamous and all important low&slow rule applies: mix powder or crème lightener with a lower volume (such as 7vol) or 10vol or 15vol )but at a much higher ratio like starting at 1:3. What this does is keep the lightener wetter longer, and we lightener means it will still be lifting. It will continue lifting as it stays wet and since you use a higher amount of a lower volume of developer, the process SLOWLY lifts the cuticle and more consistently over more minutes uses a less damaging lower volume of developer to oxidize (lighten) natural and synthetic pigments present in the hair. The hair is ALWAYS AND INEVITABLY healthier and more receptive to better and healthier toning results when prelightening using more grams/ounces of a lower volume developer. Try prelightening your regrowth next time mixing your choice of any powder or crème lightener with 15vol at a 1:3 ratio for the first two quadrants, then on the last two quadrants with 20vol at the same 1:3 ratio. It may take about ten to 15 minutes longer, but the high get ratio of developer prevents the damage the faster lightening of 1:1 or 1:2 ratios will inevitably cause. It’s a game changer. The hair will be so much healthier.

Yes, 10vol will lighten level 5 to level 9 and/or 10. Mix. Lightener:10vol at a 1:3 ratio and apply to roots, apply processing cap, place under medium heat for 20 mins, check hair, rinse or place back under heat to lift more.

I had 2 inches of roots my hair is light brown dark blonde. I try to bleach bath with just some bleach I had in a box from the Splat collection it worked so amazing I couldn't even see a line I want to try it again but I'm scared. I don't know if I just got lucky or what. I just made up the bleach how I was supposed to and added twice as much shampoo. I just basically rubbed it into my roots and whatever touched the rest of my hair, it was fine .no damage at all ! Thank you🥰 🌈

I highly recommend Wella Blondorplex, it does not swell and also has bond protection. Or just ask Schwarzkopf to send you some Blondme precision lightener which is the same thing!! Just to let u know it was ok add lil more bondbar booster cause its 1 pump for every 2 oz of mixture so as much bleach mixture as u have use then need at least 2 pumps but could even do 3-4 pumps long as mixture is like 6-8 oz worth after all mixed together. So the second pump for good measure was actually a good thing. I didn’t realize 7 volume would lift that much even with blondme. I bought and tried blondme around same time u had first tried it. Like I had bought it to try then u just put video about it the next week lol. I used my ion developer with it and haven’t used the blondme developer which i usually have use 30 vol so i want try 20 vol blondme developer and pray it lifts good. It has be on ur hair so long during applying so hopefully still lifts as I need. Only thing is when I used my usual ion developer with blondme with 2 scoops bleach and then double developer it seemed runny so im hoping using blondme bleach with blondme developer makes it less runny.
