Been watching this channel for a long time. Not one time ever mentioned that repeat afenders actually got convicted in court and spent a year or two in jail or prison. What I'm seeing is that they only get fines. Smoke and mirror. If their locked away then your not making money with fines and seizures. SO when you post these videos also post convections of the poachers spending time behind bars. NOT 30 days.

All that ever happens is seizure of vehicles and diving equipment and then a slap on the hand oh and some are prohibited from fishing for 3 years like a little thing like that's going to stop them. I wish they'd actually get locked up for it and maybe just maybe they might stop

Greed didn't exist years ago. These people should be made to realise what they are actually doing. Fines ....what a joke few hundred dollars and they will be back next weekend. Make it hurt. I tried to give salmon to a local country club, alot of places can't just accept food without having any knowledge of what could be wrong with it, such as how old the seafood or any food is. Alot of places issue notices to not eat seafood from certain areas, I don't think the ministry of fisheries would want to be held accountable for anything as far as food poisoning goes.
