This is great advertising, and I'm as cynical as they come.If you don't like the voice you probably never listened to live music in your life. It is outrageously, awesomely cool. If you don't like this you didn't like the music from The Wire, or from True Blood, or anything that ever came out of a guitar band based on blues. It's dirty Nick Cave or Tex Perkins playing on the night of your first kiss. It's expectation and abandoned dancing, of youth discovering possibilities. It's life's promise.

The music and singer, "one of Australia's most incredible voices" who I've never even heard of before, are the absolute worst. Christmas is a time of joy, and the music sounds so slow and depressing, it's like the song's being played back on a cassette player low on battery power. On top of that, I have no idea who Rachael Taylor is, except from hearing her name from channel 9's advertisement for the over-hyped, failed reboot of Charlie's Angels... but apparently she's well-known, I guess.
