Great video! It was a rough year but Lord knows us Montanan’s will get passed this and come out better in 2022. 2021 is a year for the books we will never forget and tell stories of to future generations about for a long time.

Riley, you did an absolute fantastic job putting this video together! As in the old KZbin days, 5 stars! 😉 We were blessed here in the Midwest with good rains and bountiful harvest of corn, beans and potatoes. Hope for a better 2022! Take care & God Bless!

Another great video ! I hope this brings to light what all farmers face year after year . People have no idea how small a piece of the end product price a farmer really get's for his commodities they have worked so hard to produce .

Pulse crops dry yellow peas, lentils, and chickpeas. They're mostly exported overseas for human consumption but can also be used in pet foods and as ingredients for some meals here in North America.

As a fellow farmer from E. Wa I sympathize. We had hopes for this years crop. Great stand coming out of the winter and hopeful for the next 2 weeks of rain that never came. I harvested 90 bushel stubble with 40 bushel grain. P.S. You also have very commie vibes coming fro this video. I wish you'd show the poor farmers of the area and get their input. Not every farmer has new 5-10 year old equipment. Lots of guys are running 40-50+ year old conventional equipment. I know that doesn't make videos for the NYC/LA crowd, but seriously, show the real world concerns of average farmers. Glamorizing the top 10% of farmers doesn't show the reality of the average producer. I'll still keep watching your videos, just know that you're highlighting the exceptions and not the every-man type farmers.

Thanks for watching! Something I probably could have made more clear in the film is the diversity of different producer types featured. There's a vast range from the large operations that run brand new equipment to those who are just starting out with 40-year-old equipment and a lease on some land featured in the film, and all play a part in feeding the world!

Them farm's in the USA make the farms we have here in Ireland look like a garden and not a farm here in Ireland we do a lot of Beef farming and they are grass feed and you can tell when you eat Irish Beef how better it is to cattle that are not.
