I am 2.6 weeks in a 5th met bone fracture. was 3 days on cructches, then started castor oil all natural poultices 3x a day, within 1 hr of 1st poultice was able to put my foot flat on the floor (no weight bearing though), and within 4 days was off crutches, able to limp walk on it very sparingly. on the 4th day of symphytum 30c, was able to walk better, now on 8th day of symp 30c, able to walk much better, with weight bearing 80% , 10 days of 30c 1 dose per day (AVOID COFFEE n caffeine) then switch to 1 dose of symp 200c per week. I am doing the castor oil poultices 3x a day, works very well for pain and swelling.
