I have a fractured tibia and can’t do any weight baring exercises, can I do this program?

@@harrisonmacrae4964 i think it would be best to start here www.hurtfootfitness.com/ as there is a path and workouts to transition to weight bearing. Then once you have completed that AND gotten the permission from your health care team, then move into weight bearing workouts.
