I'm 48 yes old..I started blood pressure when I was pregnant to my youngest .. his 16yrs old..my blood test and heart results came back normal..was told to do exercises..started your program yesterday and felt good..my pressure results are 180/100.. I'm sticking to your exercises routine..giving me strength the whole day and feel very good..thank you so much..much love from Fiji 🇫🇯

I feel like doing these routines is like rediscovering how to be a kid again. Although it takes them no effort, it's all about the fun.
