One Question: 🤔 If cancer cells first manipulate the osteoclasts and the progenitors of fibroblasts are the same as osteoblasts, is it correct to say that the early phase of marrow involvement for metastatic prostate cancer would be like this: PSMA-PET: + Bone scan: - FDG-PET: + (osteoclastic phase, if agressive phenotype and high GG) FAPI-PET: - (my main question) WB-MRI: -/+ (not hypercellular yet, similar to osteoclastic-only activity in the fat-predominant phenotype) CT: mildly hypodense, yet not lytic
