@MillennialXReactions Thanks for the review guys. This song is off of Bone Thugs N - Harmony's 1994 EP, "Creepin' In Ah Come Up", a Follow-up to their 1993 EP, "Faces of Death". I don't know if "Faces of Death" is on any of the streaming services today. And June 27, from what I know, will be the 30th anniversary of this album. I'm getting a copy of this on CD. I still buy CD's. So don't judge me. Lol. This album will always remind me of my uncles, who would blast this album at my grandparents old house they use to live at by a farm in the town I currently live in. Sadly, that house got knocked down many years ago. But as a toddler, probably around 5 years old, I'd hear one of my uncles blast this album. And I remember "No Surrender". Also, "Thuggish Ruggish Bone" is off this "Creepin" In Ah Come Up" EP. Also, if you guys collect vinyl, pick up a copy. I might get into vinyl this year. I don't know yet. If so, this album, this EP is my first vinyl I'm getting. Even if I get it dirt cheap on Amazon. Keep up the reviews guys. Much love. "Creepin In Ah Come Up" will always stand the test of time. And if you guys heard, months back, last year, Crazy Bone was hospitalized, cause he had this lung condition. We thought he wasn't going to make it. But he finally recovered at home. ANd I hope he's recovered from that lung condition he had, which affected his breathing. If we lost him, we would've lost a legend. Much respect to Bone Thugs. I'm a millennial myself, and they will always be my favorite rap group of all time. Would love Kendric Lamar to do a cover of this one day with Eminem. That would be dope. But the original version of this song will always be better than a cover of it by Kendric and Eminem. Much love guys. Keep rockin', and keep the reviews comin'.

Yassss, Bizzy Bone! My now husband and I started dating around the time Bone came on the scene with First of the Month. We both were big Ice Cube fans who debated over Biggie and Pac. He introduced me to Eightbal & MJG, Scarface without the Ghetto Boys, and I turned him on to Outkast, that Southerplaylisticadilacfunkymusic Outkast. We both melted right into Bone and would debate over who was the best late into summer nights- Bizzy for me, Krayzie for him. Bone takes me back to a special place and time and a love for all music, but at that time, there was nothing better than rap, to me! Thanks!❤

Bizzy killed this, this was like nothing else at the time, it's still like nothing else. Absolute goats. Checkout "schizophrenic" from bizzy bones solo album "the gift", truly showcases his vocal range and ability to switch flows with ease.

Bone Thugs and Tech N9ne actually collaborated on a song called “Speed of Sound” which never got released. And no known snippets are found anywhere, with the exception of Tech N9ne’s verse, which you can find online called “Speed of Sound”.

BONE created and poplarized "speed" rap. They havent stopped. All of them continue to make albums and mentor others. Bizzy has at least a dozen solo records.

The people who only name the most mainstream rappers as the GOATS don't know stuff outside FM radio. Bone Thugs [as group and solo] have been releasing albums independently for several decades now, so mainstream media won't touch them... But back in the 90's Bone Thugs were hands down the biggest rap group. They were outselling Wu-Tang and way more influential. I just brought up Wu-Tang because they are often regarded as the greatest. But in reality most people can't name 3 Wu-Tang songs off the top off their head. Any modern rap I hear Bone Thugs and the Lord Infamous flow along with Three 6 Mafia style beats.

@@millennialxreactions ahhh I see. The difference there is Tech Nine is an independant artist…Bone was mainstream on one othe the most infamous rap labels of all time (Ruthless Records). For being an independent artist, Tech Nine is actually very well known. I agree both are still highly underrated, especially Bone Thugs. They’re both staples in hip hop for different reasons. Bone opened the doors for that style and even till this day most artists are influenced by them. And Tech Nine helped pave the way for independent artists which again is very much relevent today

Back then (90s) there was so much variety everyone had a unique sound. No surrender fit perfect with the time, and subject matter. Plus the beats back then were way better, 90s > early 20s was an accumulation (sampled) of everything that came before it. Now music just sounds demonic, chant like, beats are made to put you in a trans of some sort feels weird. Yes I'm old, and lets be real, 50 cent marked the end of of my generation. Everyone who came out afterward has been placed there, not through talent
