GREAT INSIGHT ABOUT THE GREATEST. THANKS MICHAEL. HE IS A TRUE LEGEND. I WAS AMAZED THAT HE PLAYED JAZZ TRUMPET FOR BUDDY RICH AT 19. KNOWING THE DEMANDS BUDDY PUT ON HIS MUSICIANS I WAS OVERWHELMED WITH HIS TALENT.

Arguably, one of the most underrated trumpet players in the trumpet world. Must listen to his solo on "Love For Sale" with Buddy Rich. Tremendous.
