Watch an older run, like a sub 18 or something. Start getting down basic movement and easy strats. Once you have an alright time down, you can start adding harder strats and refining movement. If you're not already in the speedrunning discord, I would request joining that as well. You can ask questions and we'll answer.

I’m impressed, but what I’m more curious about is the lore surrounding the importance of ammunition, the scattered (and secret) boxes of munitions and weapons, of the vending machines with weapons in them, and also why the Cleaners are armed. What’s the deal with any of that?

@@userunknown_762 Saberlake projections are security staff that cannot enter MythOS because of the lockdown so they use projections to do their mission which I'd assume is to figure out why the Time Tower has stopped and they already have intel on NullBodies acquiring sentience so they come prepared to neutralize them alongside any other potential anomalies, Boneworks Boxes are probably modules that leaked through the boneworks backend from unfinished projects, Ammunition seems to have been considered a currency in the early build of MythOS that we're in and was probably set to be replaced by a more user friendly currency I would imagine.

melonfly (a faster way of doing the gun fly) and the new tower strat are the two biggest recent discoveries. The rest of the time save is just small strats and better movement.
