Set 5 years after the events of Ed, Edd n Eddy's Big Picture Show, the Eds, kids, and Kankers are in their final year of High School. The kids have gotten older, and life has changed dramatically... And will continue to do so.
We are not affiliated with Danny Antonucci or Cartoon Network. This is a fan continuation of Ed, Edd n Eddy; and (hopefully) serves as a love letter to the original show.

Episode 1 is done. Yes. It’s actually done. We’re currently finalising the sound design (sound effects, some incidental music, foley, ambient noises). This’ll be done within the next 2-3 weeks - most likely sooner. In the meantime, the raw animation (with all recorded voice lines and some temporary sound effects) is uploaded as an unlisted video to KZbin. So what’s next? Well, I’m going to be starting on episode 2 in the next few days - a lot of learnings and takeaways have come from episode 1, as well as some ways to streamline how I work, and what shots work and what don’t. So HOPEFULLY this means a much, much faster turnaround. I’m so, so sorry that it took this long to release. I can throw out every excuse under the sun, but the fact is that it doesn’t matter. There’s an expectation, a hype, and I hope that episode 1 will finally be worth it. I want to thank all of you for your incredible patience and generosity you’ve given throughout. It’s meant the world, and continues to mean the world. Thank you.

I've been a fan of ED EDD n EDDY since I was a kid. The show was my child hood and out of all the cartoons, it made me laugh the most. Even to this day, I can't get enough of the comedy, and all the times I rewatch it, I noticed stuff I didn't understand too well as a kid. But either way, this show is still the best in my opinion, to this day Cartoon Network hasn't made any greater comedy since. Though I do love Samurai Jack as well but that's to me is epic action.

On one hand, the recently announced upcoming two seasons are the first we've seen of the franchise (barring spin-offs) since 2014. On the other, Fresh TV forced down a well-made fan project the day after it came up, despite the project having been announced over a year in advance, and being the first Total Drama _anything_ to be trending on KZbin. Sure, they're within their rights to do so (even Blu Productions themselves admitted to this), but it's still a scummy move. To add insult to injury, Christian Potenza (the VA for TD host Chris McLean) put out a response PR video that came off to many fans as passive-aggressive. Said seasons were announced about two weeks after all of this took place. And that's not even going into the _other_ controversies over the past few years, which are themselves a doozy and a half.

I genuinely hate it when the owners of series throw C&Ds at people who try to make unofficial sequels. Like if I made a series and someone made an unofficial sequel to it, I wouldn't complain. Free advertising for the actual series, takes a bit of a burden off of me if I feel I've done enough for the series yet people still want more. And it means people liked it enough to take time out of their lives to make an unofficial sequel.

There is so much love and attention to detail put into these. They feel so alive! I love the headline on the newspaper at the very beginning, the back-up indicator in the background, the framing, the time of day and colors chosen, the topics and activities. It really sets the atmosphere and makes me feel like I'm there. All the environments feel so hauntingly familiar, and the voice work is fantastic! I also love how it's set in falI. Some of my favorite episodes from the original were set in autumn. I eagerly await episode 2 with bated breath.

𝓡𝓞𝓛𝓟𝓗:It's known in his home land that there are a lot of hero stories, fights, famous people and unbelievable stuff that have been in his childhood. For example, when he was little, a man in a wolf costume tried to steal and eat his sheep. He has also witnessed a giant Swedish meatball stalking Wilfred in the dead of night. Another strange tale is the story of how his Great Nano crossed the ocean paddling in a canoe made from the soles of his shoes while fighting a Giant Sea Cucumber in an attempt to immigrate to America. He claims the Giant Sea Cucumber stared at him like a sandwich and that they had to devour it. Because the Great Nano, who had one eye, was lost at sea in this battle, Rolf would dress in a tight-fitting sea cucumber suit and prepare a box of sea cucumber balls for the neighbors to feast, but was offended by Eddy when he threw one of these balls once. Also, around the holidays, Rolf's family worships a woman named Yeshmiyek who supposedly lives in the center of the Earth preparing the holiday feast for good males and females. Rolf also celebrates the guardian pigeon. Another thing Rolf does is dueling: he would dig a hole and make a bridge of a tree and then he would put on a war-like suit with an ox skull on it and battle his enemy with dead stiff fish.
