It’s better to use a fan that has higher speed and torque with a backward curved fins with a proper volute housing and use a closed impeller design with a smaller output to compress the air more also make the fins as thin and long as possible and use a light weight material

Not really I would say it’ll last about 12000hours assuming that the motor last 30000hours and those blades are too heavy for it
