Massive respect for anyone who can build a brick oven freehand like you have. I've just built my own oven, but as I don't have the same skills as you, I chose a kit version. Although it was still tricky to build, it turned out really well. It's on my channel if you're interested. Looking forward to the next update.

Why don’t you build the arch on top of the walls instead of between them? It won’t support itself if any weight or side pressure pushes it. The arch can fall straight down. 1:50

Yeah I was waiting for the part two, this looks like easy on the show but I bet it was a bit difficult to get everything in place, I would thing there would need to be some type of metal skeleton support frame but maybe what holds it all together with out collapse is the last bricks that finish the dome? Very cool project looking very good.
