Make soil by mixing 2 parts of sand + 2 parts of brick chips + 1 part of cow dung manure + 1 part of soil Black sand is very good. And the cow dung must be atleast 1 year old.

Perlite is volcanic ash used to increase air flow in soil. But if you don't have perlite you can use broken brick chips . Yes some bonsai attract fungus. But if you can keep your plants outdoor in full sun, there is no need to use fungicide.

Depends on the variety..but most of the plants needs at least 1-2 hours of sunlight
