Slaley is a gorgeous place and the most famous UFO footage the world has seen came from a lady living there. - James Bond and Fanny Slack are both residents in the graveyard. - A squadron of Red Barrows are based in Bonsall and have performed all over Derbyshire and the Midlands at carnivals, fetes and music festivals as well as at RAF Scampton.

I lived there as a child up Arter hill and behind the Cross. Grandad was blacksmith there.
