Thanks for letting me know Gira. In Anahatasanaa, just work on keeping forehead on the floor, don't worry about the chest. You can even put a block or a pillow under the forehead for additional height. Take care!

Hi, when you have an existing condition, it's best to check with your doctor/therapist which movements are ok for you to do. Since you have a lumbar spine condition you should avoid anything that doesn't feel ok and skip it if you are in doubt.
