If they'd teach biology this way, humans would be super interested in understanding their bodies 😃👌

Hello from South Africa. I am 70 and try to maintain the healthiest and strongest body I can. I’ve subscribed to your channel, it looks very interesting. Is it in order to use store bought Tumeric and Ginger powder rather than the real thing? If I have mine in milk should I boil it in the milk? Thank you

Hi! Really nice. Just that 'heart' was acting like the kind of ' brain' everyone 'should' have. Maybe we got it all wrong. Maybe heart is (and was ) a part of brain itself all along.

I came across your Instagram page and from there your KZbin... Loved ur video and I m going to follow your exercises for body and breath both... Working mother like me cannot go to classes and have only 15-20 minutes per day. Hence this will definitely help me to do it regularly. ❤thanks for making such videos and sharing . World needs it. There is so much calmness in you. 😊

Please dont blanche it if you gonna strifry. All the nutrients will be double washed. Its to be blanched on for soups. It can be eat raw. I love it. We chopp it amd stir fry it with some onion garlic and green chilly. Try it. Its hell good.

Thank you for the video! What if I use sliced fresh ginger instead of powder and then just remove it? Do I get the benefits again :)
