Go Adam. Appreciate your storytelling and I'll be cheering for you at CIM if you are able to race. I hope you only race if you're healthy.

Respectful unsolicited advice alert: I love these bonus episodes. Maybe worth considering rebranding to a Kofuzi podcast as the quality of these feels more substantial than “bonus.” The word “bonus” makes me think “would you like to add X to that order?” These don’t feel like add ons. These aren’t prawns! These are filet mignon! This is midlife runner (andrew) btw. I forgot I’m on my wife’s phone 😂

Bonus is meant to be ironic. I’ve thought about separating these out to a different channel or different podcast. But it’s just too much work

Hi Andrew, I agree with the complimentary aspect and intention of your comment but I believe it’s really clear-especially to anyone already familiar with kofuzi-that these are full, in-depth interviews and that the “Shorts” are actually bonuses. And we don’t want to make Ko work harder, do we? With all the travel he’s now doing, it’s a welcome miracle we can still count on regular livestreams when he’s home 😅

@@KofuziRunClub Adam was 129th in 2:25:11 at CIM this year. Looks like no Olympic Trials qualifier for him, unfortunately.
