Wemby is a superstar. He's Rookie of the Year, possibly Defensive Player of the Year, has a huge international market, is the best prospect since Lebron, sells loads of merchandise, has a deal with Louis Vuitton, packs out Spurs' stadium, is a walking highlight reel, and already has a famous nickname/brand identity. There are people in Club Superstar that aren't as famous as Wemby.

To all the people calling for Lebron or Curry to leave, club superstar is not just the top 15 players in the league. It’s a combination of the best players currently and those who are superstars in terms of popularity and historical accomplishments. I think a good example may be if there was a legit club where they only let it 15 rappers. Eminem is not one of the 15 best rappers based on current production, but he would get an invite to the club. Lebron and Steph are in the same realm. Additionally, whether or not basketball purists like it, they are still the two biggest draws and most popular players in the league.
