What I find super impressive about this video is that all these rants that take him 3-4 minutes to explain each turn, take seconds inside Wolfe’s head during the game. That’s some big brain power intel Celeron thinking there

Had fun meeting you in Orlando! I really appreciated your pop-off when Arcanine killed Gholdengo in game 3 because it shows that even after all your previous Regional Wins and your whole resume of accomplishments (including the WCD), you still care about this game and have that fire to win. Congrats on the Win, I'm happy for you! Also it was super fun to watch that Finals set (and the whole top cut bracket) live from the 2nd row. I highly recommend going to a Regional to anyone reading this if you can find the means to go (Orlando was my first one!).

for back pain, if its not anything that requires medical attention, I would highly recommend to start doing Jefferson curls or good mornings, and QL dumbbell raises (all work your various lower back muscles in different ways). I used to have constant mild back pain, and by doing just 2 of these once every 2 weeks, I completely eliminated back pain.
@Ludzig Жыл бұрын
But if your back is fucked up for the love of God make that your no.1 priority. It isn't like a wrist or an elbow you can power through. Heal and stengthen your back. Improves QoL more than any other muscle. (I have no citations for the last bit)

This was an extremely good tournament to watch. Not only was it a WCD victory, but more importantly, team diversity and archetypal variety was really solid. I love how Paradox Pokémon helped subdue Murkrow spam and gave us some interesting techs to watch. Also I love how teams that are inherently weak to a certain tech can just antitech with key new options like tera types or items like Covert Cloak. It's probably one of the most rewarding formats for complex team builds, but that's also what has made it such a fun thing to watch.
@AsterPringlei Жыл бұрын
Murkrow naturally went down because people figured out better ways to beat Dondozo during series 1. I think a lot of the better teambuilders understood that by including Murkrow you are sacrificing a lot of offense, which hurts a lot of matchups in the end.
