Great tips! Wich RIO's Trout VersiLeaders should you recomend if I fishing with #6 or #7 intermediate line on the coast? I was thinking in shallow waters?

Would depend on the foam diamiter! Sink 3 seems to work great up untl 4mm

Interesting but here in the home of the Booby fly we would advise against pointing the rod straight down the line.Better to offset the tip a little so as to cushion the tippet against smash takes which are often synonymous with booby fishing.

Coastal seatrout are very easily spooked! So direct contact is essential! But yes, bigger fish hammer the flies HARD! And you should be ready to realease some of the tension immediately

So you using the intermediate version of the poly leader? Why not using a short sink tip line?

No we are using a Sink 6 Poly :) A full sinkning top of a WF line would be to fast sinkning for fishing at the Danish coast :) Also it would require you to fish with a very short leader
