let's appreciate the beauty & versatility of plant's vocals in this record, this one is really challenging 👏

Good old fashioned boogie. Led Zeppelin could do anything you throw at them... And do it supremely well. Real class❤

Always loved this one, even though it's never played anymore. Thank you for your reaction.

Stu's the keyboard player I think. He was the Stones' keyboardist? Edit - yes, Ian Stewart! Lovely to see this, a lovely bit of fun that gets overlooked by most.

Those claps baffled me also ( the clacking ). I think that's what you're contributing to Bonzo's Drums.

The words for the song came from a Richie Valens song. Richie was dead so they credited Mrs. Valens on the song so she could get royalties.

Thank you for reacting to one of my favorite Zeppelin songs! It was the amazing John Bonham on his drum kit for the beat. Very much old time boogie-woogie tune.

what I heard: they were recording with the Rolling Stones mobile studio, which the stones invented. Ian Stewart, stones manager, was there to make sure they did not tear up the mobile. The song was missing something. Stew spotted a piano. he checked it out and noticed about a fourth of the keys were out of tune. He made one pass through the piano to find the keys that were in tune, then jammed the piano part.

It was actually stew, the old cook that worked out back on the property who made a really great stew.., but more likely it was Ian Stewart who still did Stones chores after he ‘left’ the band early on.
