There are many videos of this couple , but here we are getting a side angle of their dancing and we get a good view of the hip movements, which is part of the dance, and the rapid leg movements. Because of the camera angle, we can see them toward and away from the camera, and get a better impression of how quickly they are moving. I am particularly impressed with the man's variety of leg movements. He can lift his leg high and fast and precise. Their bodies are graceful, fluid, and athletic. Very satisfying to watch.

Сложно сказать… но это правда - танцы лучшая профилактика альцгеймера т.к. постоянно формируются новые нервные связи 🥰 Вот мы их формируем разучиванием новых движений
