He just do triplets I think, it looks more impresive because he move his hand up and its fast hahaha but slow it at 0.5 and u can hear that are one note twice and another one, he do the same think 4 times or something like that

Fucking incredible, I play this, Swannee River, and there’s no way I could keep up that left hand pattern, that fast for this long. It totally knackers your hand. He’s got a strong left hand. I notice he goes into octaves at the end, probably his hand was seizing up, to give it a rest lol
