I dont believe this is scripted. I think boogie really tried to gain sympathy and attention around a time his career was really settling at the bottom. He claimed to have cancer in an attempt to keep what little following he had. Boogie is calculated and only feigns stupidity once caught. He is extremely selfish, he is a liar, and he is emotionally manipulative to his audience. Its always been that way, even at his career high. He would play the innocent humble over weight guy that everyone was rooting for but behind the scenes he was always a shitty human being. Boogie reading that diagnosis off his portal when it wasn't even there puts me in a RAGE. I watched my friend pull up her son's health portal and show me the screen where it said "Non Hodgkins lymphoma" under diagnosis because she couldn't even bring herself to say it out loud. I saw how watching their 8 year old little boy fight a real diagnosed cancer visibly aged my friends before their time. I held her in a hug while she said "I don't know how many more treatments I can do. Tomorrow I have to pull him out of bed and drag him to the hospital for his chemo and he's going to beg me not to make him go. He's going to be sick the whole way home and we're all going to cry ourselves to sleep tomorrow night. I don't know if I can keep doing it" That 8 year old kid has more strength, bravery and more integrity in his pinkie toe than Boogie has in his entire body. The thought of someone lying about that for sympathy and to make money makes me irate. On top of that it was extremely hard on them financially even after the community pulled together with donations. They were in pretty desperate straights and not one member of that family would have dreamed of starting a crypto scam. They never would have hurt someone else like that, even if they thought it would help their little boy. It's been a long road for the little guy but he's achieved remission now. He's back at school now after almost 2 years away from his friends. I won't be watching lolcow anymore. I can't support anything Boogie is involved in, supporting him feels like I'd be slapping my friends' kid in the face.

There is ZERO CHANCE that a person could be in the "uhh maybe I have it, my doctor prescribed me some stuff" position for two years. My dad is getting treatment for cancer right now and they are very straightforward and have a set timeline for everything. The doctors have to coordinate to make sure a proper treatment plan is put together and Boogie would be very aware of this. They make a diagnosis which should be VERY easy to find for insurance purposes and provide a lot of printed information about the particular type of cancer, treatment options/risks, prognosis, etc. No doctor would just sit on this for two years and have a patient who isn't sure what is going on, which is what Boogie is trying to get away with. I'm with Muta on this one. This guy is too toxic to even be on that "podcast".

Just wanna share my two cents as a cancer patient. I have stage 1 uterian cancer. Diagnosed just earlier this year after previously got a surgery to remove 5lbs of precancerous tumor from my uterus. My surgeon did tell me there's a big chance the tumor would grow back (because I have family with uterian and cervical cancer) and I only had 5 years windows before getting full hyterectomy... I got screened every 6 months and on the second screening, they found a tumor. Immediately got biopsy and turned out it's cancerous. Fortunately, it's an early stage and my survival rate is 99% in 5 years. I may need hysterectomy faster than expected though. Boogie getting biopsy 2 years after being "diagnosed" is so funny to me. If he wants cancer that bad, may whatever god or spaghetti monster up in the sky somewhere "blesses" him with one.

Please find the courage in you to let go of this part of your body that might end up hurting you more than anything. It's always scary and confusing when we get the choice to get rid of a body part because it might end up giving you cancer, but trust me, even the 5% risk aren't worth it, nor are the months and years of anxiety and stress knowing you might get sick one day...

My surgeon also told me he couldn't promise he could save my uterus due to the tumor's size, and I told her I was fine with that. It's my mom who wanted me to keep my womb because she wanted a grandchild, and at that time the surgeon said I had 5 years window to get pregnant -- if he did manage to keep my uterus intact. I wanted to make my mom happy, so... But at this point it's dangerous for me to get pregnant, not only my own safety, but the baby itself. However I have a weak body with bad bloodwork (still having edema and occassional internal bleeding from last major surgery) and the surgeon decided it's too risky to cut me up again when the cancer itself is still in relatively "safe" stage, so we'd wait until next year at least, giving my body enough time to recover (and enough time to explain things to my mom). Until then, I get screening every 3 months while doing immunotherapy 😄

I had a friend who did this exact thing and even made a facebook group dedicated to who would be his pall bearers and when i called him out on it he fought about it for years and years and resented me and refused to admit it. The lies were stacked on lies and on more lies.

I’ve worked in a hospital for 15 years and here’s something that is a fact, there isn’t a doctor on earth that would start treating you for a cancer that he THINKS you have. He would have to officially diagnose it so that he knows how best to treat it. I’m surprised that nobody has mentioned that to him. Cancer treatments are expensive, they wouldn’t be treating him for two years for an illness that a doctor assumed he had because of something as basic as a blood test. It’s ridiculous.

Even if it's not medical malpractice because they're correct you don't tell a patient they have cancer until you've done all the tests, because there is ALWAYS the possibility you were wrong and now you've panicked them for no reason. At most you say "might have, but we need to do X to check".

I had cervical cancer in 2016, surgeries in 2017. To this day I have to get preventative care to continue to monitor and I can go to my medical history portal and it says “history of Cervical Cancer”. Boogie is so sick for continuing to die on this hill and I side eye Keem for continuing to milk this cow. Shout out to all the cancer survivors and families of survivors and rest in peace to those who lost their fights and love to their families.❤❤❤

Boogie really pisses me off with saying that, I just found out I have leukemia 3 weeks ago and my life has been hell these past 3 weeks in more ways then one. I have a wife and 2 little girls and to know I'm putting them through this and seeing there faces when I'm in pain or when I'm at treatment absolutely kills me and to see him doing and saying this is so wrong in so many ways!!

I used to have cancer an the reason I say used to is because I as 8 years old when I was diagnosed and when I was 13 I was in remission and now I'm 26 and the cancer hasn't come back. I don't use the word hate or loath lightly but this makes me hate and/or loath Boogie intensely for lying about what can be for a lot of people can be a life or death situation.

I know far too many people who have fought cancer. Some came out OK, some had it come back (or another kind followed), others didn't make it. That anyone would lie about having cancer to gain sympathy or solicit donations is beyond sickening!
