6,300 is insane like you said. I used to live in Pensacola Florida. My rent was $1,200 a month. Not including the $2k downpayment and first months rent. Groceries were about $330 a month. Internet was $80 a month. Old jeep is paid for. I made roughly $2,300 a month doing restoration work on houses with water damage. You need some serious accounting checks, Boogie. First off, you're paying too much on your mortage. Your mortage should be no more than 30% of your income, but you're an average $4200 monthly income guy paying $2088 on your mortage. That's almost half. You don't even have food expenses on there. There's also definitely a lot that you can cut down on. If you want your annual expenses to be around 50000 instead of 70000, then you need to be able to cut about 2150 worth of expenses a month than you currently have. That means if push comes to shove, you move to a cheaper state like Mississippi, get a cheaper car, get a cheaper health insurance plan (cut off your roommate), lay off that employee, lower utilities. Your roommate and employee can survive but not you. Technically you would be lower class. Lower classes don't get the privileges of middle class luxuries and you need to get that in your head and either get a more stable job or start downsizing or, if you're really desperate, consider government welfare if you want to make it.

This budget actually is pretty reasonable for the typical middle class person. I will say what is different is typically there is double income for a home and lifestyle you have and you are single . So that may be why you are finding the budget hard.

Sell the house…2088 a month is insane…get u a 100k home, cut that to 500-600 a month. Try to pay off the car, u shouldnt have more than a year or so left of payments? Im sure you could make a profit on the home, use that to pay off car. Looks for cheaper insurance as well. Theres no reason within a year or so u cant cut ur monthly expenses by atleast 2000.
