That's my buddy RIK EMMETT. You can't get much more brilliant than this. That voice! That guitar playing! Those lyrics! TRIUMPH was one of the greatest rock and roll bands in the history of mankind. Rock out, Roll on!

DON"T LOOK BACK IN ANGER DON"T LOOK AHEAD IN FEAR! words to live by 30 years later. Long live the rock Gods! One of the fist laser light shows on plant earth summer of 1984 Hampton VA. still burned into my bloodshot eyes.

Thunder 7 drew me in in high school, Class of 1986! I had just survived a catastrophic Traumatic Brain Injury, TBI. Music helped me heal and this album inspired me to forge onward against seemingly impossible odds. Time has allowed me to recover, fail in dome things and succeed in others. This album has been a mainstay to help motivate me to never quit, never surrender and NEVER QUUT!!

One thing that's so cool about this band is the number of fan stories like that. I know Triumph was my go-too music for the worst moments of teen life. Lol, and of course they're an excellent good-times band, too.

These vocals are insanely hard to do, add in the amazing guitar playing, along with the excellent drumming and harmony singing, plus the fantastic bass. So underrated. Love Rush, but these guys were just as good.

Yep! No doubt. Rush is awesome but Triumph was 1!!

"Can't you see the fire burnin' in a young girl's eyes Does she think that she moves ahead if she cuts me down to size Everybody's got two cents to try to buy some time But they don't even know their own hearts What can they know of mine? Call out for reasons echoes the cry She waits, anticipates; no reply as Time Goes By Oh baby I don't know what to say Tomorrow is another day You seem a million miles away, so far away Time Goes By, bridges burn and big wheels turn and Time can fly, will it ever bring you back again? You know that I can't live without your love Time Goes By, you know I'll never make it alone Make it alone"

I always look for wisdom in lyrics. This song has wisdom to it. Just keep taking her as she comes until she comes in clear. Words to live by when times get tough.
