He had also disabled Starlink over South Africa from day 1. The mobile phone companies hold great influence in South Africa. Then, when the major BRICS conference was about to happen in South Africa in August 2023, two of the three undersea data/internet cables linking South Africa to the world were coincidentally damaged by "an underwater landslide" and only back online to the rest of the public and media after the BRICS conference. This is not the first time the South African undersea cables have been damaged suspiciously close to a major political event. It's probably not the second time either. Previously it was due to a ship's anchor accidentally breaking an undersea cable if that can be believed. South Africa needs Starlink more than most countries do but won't be getting it anytime soon due to Big Control.
