It's not their fault for having an entire story of him from the old EU, myself included, so stop with the Disney "we don't have source material to work with" mentality, while at the same time using those "head canons" as you call them to enrich the Canon, i am loving the show and this is just another Boba to me, but some people grew up like me, loving an established character, but can't get around to witness something else, it's normal.

Why Krrsantan fought the trandoshans. What kind of pelt did the Trando leader give Boba as tribute in the first episode? : Wookie pelt What do trandoshan slavers/hunters like to hunt? : Wookies which planets are close to each other but the inhabitants do not like eachother: kashyyyk & trandosha Who got a pretty sweet deal capturing wookies as slaves for the empire: Trandoshans. which lizard like species in star wars can ( slowly) regrow arms: trandoshans which dog ape like species can rip arms off in star wars: wookies. Now Krrsantan was not a popular wookie amongst wookies, and he did eventually volunteer himself for capture by trandoshans to become a gladiator, but obviously that did not make him like them.

Remember in the first chapter a Trandoshan offered a Wookie pelt as tribute. Trandoshans hunted Wookiees and enslaved them. So Krsantan has good reason to hate them.

As I was watching the 1st 3 episodes of this show. I was really hoping we could see Boba Fett bringing together all the tribes of Tusken Raiders together and building a tusken town around Jabba’s old palace. Giving him a big fighting force if he asked for there help!!

@@jjmmm515 In the bad batch there was a female clone that was made with almost the exact same genetic makeup as Boba even more so then the other clones. Designed to be a perfect copy of Jango. The differences Boba has to the other clones are not present in Omega the female clone. So they are practically brother and sister.

Fun fact....Krrsantan attacked the Trandoshans because Trandoshans are known to hunt wookies for sport, skin them for fur and make trophies out of them, enslave them...Trandosha and Kashyyyk are in the same star system so hatred between both species is very much known across the galaxy...also Trandoshan limbs grow back, they are lizard people so...yea that guy will have his arm back eventually :DD

Am I crazy in thinking Fennec cutting the bars at the drain might be a subtle "Spy Kids" reference? There's a scene near the end of the movie where Carmen uses an "Acid Crayon" from Machete to cut the cell bars to free her parents. The framing of the shots in the movie and "Boba Fett" plus the smoke effects seem evocative.

Cool fact about the Firespray class. The repulser drives are in the wings. And since they can rotate separate from the hull the craft can hover in place from any angle. So depending on the orientation of the wings you can get some very specific telemetry perfect for getting to scum binding in mineshafts or making difficult landing on unstable ground. Every aspect of the ship was designed around the wings.

Chris “Sleezebageio”got one right. Slave-1 is a Firespray class never heard it called a gunship before. But it is quite appropriate considering all the mods and emplacements used for weapons, jamming, and sensor upgrades. Originally the Firespray was built for system patrol and law enforcement. The EU states that only 5 where built and Jango Stole one.

Boba's ship is actually designed after a street light that was outside the building where they were working on the original Star Wars. One of the people had gone outside for a smoke and noticed the street lamp and thought it would look like a good space ship.

Possible reasons why Krrstantan beat the daylights of those Trandoshans is either 1 of 2 reasons. Reason 1: The Trandoshans were gambling and they probably beat him and as usual, Wookies hate losing. Reason 2, the more likely one: The Trandoshan and Wookie feuds. To those who don't know, Trandoshans and Wookies HATE eachother, their planets of Trandosha and Kashykk are very close to each other but how Trandos operate cause strife. Trandoshans are notorious for being mercs, but they are also notorious slavers and hunters, Wookies are often kidnapped for the express purpose of being taken to their planet, released into the forests of Trandosha (similar to Kashykk so the Wookie is formidable) and are then hunted down and SKINNED. Some Trandoshans hunt Wookies as a right of passage, and some even kidnap stronger foes, there is an episode in Clone Wars where Ahsoka is kidnapped by Trandos and hunted for sport, and survives with the help of several Padawans who survived for several years, a Wookie rescue force, and Chewbacca.

As someone who's been really annoyed with the level of toxicity and negativity in the Star Wars fandom over the last couple years, I really appreciated your guys' takes at the start of the video. I have issues with the sequel trilogy. Same as I do with the prequels, and in places even the OT. Those issues haven't stopped me *at all* from enjoying the films, or these TV series, or just the franchise as a whole. I can debate those issues all day with folks, but at the end of the day Star Wars is something I've loved ever since I was 4 years old crying at A New Hope when I thought that the jawas killed R2D2. It just gives me hope knowing that there's other folks out there who can understand that something doesn't have to be perfect to still be enjoyable. Y'all are great, and I'm loving the reactions

Boba was a loner because the one person who saw him as anything other than property was killed, as a bounty hunter he was always treated as disposable, and until the Tuskens he refused to rely on anyone else. Now he's learned the benefit of having a "tribe". Boba Fett's character is changing and he's trying to create his own family, something he lost as a child and again with the massacre of the Tusken tribe. I watched Solo again the other day and there is an exchange: Chewie growls explaining who he is. Han: "I don't know if he said 'tribe' or 'family'." Tobias: "What's the difference?" I can't help but think references to "tribe" in TBoBF are a nod back to Solo. Given Favreau and Filoni's love of connecting back to other things, this makes me think that we will eventually discover that the "big bad" are Crimson Dawn and Q'ira (Emilia Clarke).

Those aren't just axes... they are vibro-axes, they would cut through a person like paper. You don't see the vibration because they are commonly carried in deactivated state since their handles are not insulated from the ultrasonic vibration and thus can only be used by fighters with really strong physique, like Gamorreans.

Trandoshans capture and hunt Wookiees as a right of passage, but also for sport. In the first episode of the Book of Boba Fett, the Trandoshan that comes to pay tribute to Boba is holding a Wookiee pelt. Because of this most Wookiee harbour a deep hatred for Trandoshans, as many have had family that were taken from them. So Black Krrrsantan going after that group of Trandohans was some form of vengeance.

With all Boba's talk of "we're smarter than they are" and Fennec commenting on how unlikely it is that a biker gang could take out a Tusken tribe, I really hope that they're setting up a twist where they're playing the Pykes, in a plan to take their syndicate down in revenge for the tribe (I assume the Pykes are the ones really behind the massacre and framed the bikers). It would really help sell them as the hyper-competent badasses they're supposed to be if they somehow knew in advance that the Pykes would be muscling in on Tatooine (or even arranged it), and are setting a trap.

Boba Fett is a Mandalorian, just like Bo-Katan, she also takes off her helmet. They mentioned it in the season 2 of The Mandalorian. Din Djarin was part of the Children of the Watch, they were kind of like a Mandalorian cult and they didn't take off their helmets, but that's not "the way" for all Mandalorians.

9:10 there is a good chance those are Vibro axes. Vibro weapons in general are pretty popular in SW universe (we saw them on the Mandalorian, which I was very excited to see) and it does have an in universe reason for it. Energy shields exist and they are very good at protecting against energy blasts so you need melee weapons. Vibroblades vibrate at a very high frequency so they can cut through energy shields. And as I was explaining it I realised how much of this is a straight rip off of Dune, Jesus Christ.

I'm sure a zillion comments have explained this to ya'll, but the reason 'Krrsantan' was so angry with the Trandoshans, is that they have hunted Wookiees for sport for thousands of years... so, it's a cultural dispute. And him ripping one arm off is only a cathartic release of tension... because Trandoshans can grow their limbs back (according to the comics). 😎

So Firespray is the class of ship, and Slave I is still technically the name of the ship. But I have a feeling they decided to downplay the word "slave" in that context and just call the ship by its class instead. I can't find anywhere that Boba or Jango actually call it by its name in canon anyway, so you can sort of assume that it's called Slave I in galactic lore rather than actually by the Fetts.

Chris is right, Slave I is and was a starship of the firespray class, like the Millenium Falcon is a YT-1300 freighter (even though heavily modified but so is Slave I). The only things that surprised me of Krrsantan attacking the Trandoshans is how small they were and why it did not happen sooner, they literally hunt Wookies for their fur as trophy (like the tribute brought by the Trandoshan in episode 1). One of the things bothering me a little was the amount of Boba Fett talking but I thought that is to small a detail to be bothered by until Temuera Morrison stated in an interview he thought the same and tried passing some of the lines to Fennec. Still really like the series, no idea why it is tanking. Btw, why wouldn't there be still axes around, they need no ammunition and the only mechanical failure the can have is if they break or the axe head gets loose and flies off the handle.

But he will still need more in order to take on the Pykes. Also I’m just going to put this out there and that is either the Pykes or one of the other houses will hire Bossk to aid them and we will see a Black Krrsantan vs Bossk fight(my money is on BK).
