The Stellarvindin are a group of malevolent entities who wish to destroy the Star of Rodin so as to spread their corrupt influence without its interference. Tinka is an angsty preteen who doesn't want to help anyone, serving to mislead and confuse Mario. The Coop Notes are a bunch of Ninja Turtle bums who proudly proclaim their uselessness. Goverman is the gum grandson of the Pope, and a Jehovah's Witness who was homeschooled and never allowed to leave Villa de Goomba. And Corporate is a greedy KSD Soldier-turned-entrepreneur who wants to monopolize on slave trade. ...This is officially one of the best games ever, now. XD

I have a theory. In Thousands of Doors, it was posited that everyone was speaking normally, but Mario wasn't a native speaker, so he didn't REALLY understand them very well. However, in this game, he IS a native. One of the characters is his younger brother, for instance. So my theory is that it's not that MARIO doesn't speak the language, but rather that both Books of Mario are plays being put on for us, the player. And NO one involved in the production speaks English. They all speak Mushroom, or whatever the Mushroom Kingdom language is.
