By the mother of my 2 children. Who never loved or even loved her own kids. Only the dog. Now after I was discarded. Then wanted back. I rejected. Because of that. My soul and who I am and my live of everything meaningful. Is literally on a thread. And because I refuse to allow her my business in regards to my daily whereabouts. Aka me trying to keep and take back some control of my life. Her now narrative will send me to prison. So she will then know where I am. Fkn help. Genuinely. I was blind and uneducated until I have be one sleepless and read. But I'm on my Todd. With nobody of your standard of nowledge and advice. Paula. ??? Chance it. Help. As an Irish joke. Even a cuppa in it for ye. And a good cuppa too. First time in my life to reach out for anything. Anyway. Ta

Came yesterday. Started reading it👍. My thoughts while reading it were “This is my Narcissist ex husband and boyfriend described to a tee”. It amazes me what I did not know 2.5 years ago. The veil has lifted. I also saw my parents described. My mom passed away this January at 89. Both my parents if I had to guess were Narcissists, both different though. My father a Malignant Communal Narcissist and my mom a very Covert Narcissist. Thank you Paula.

Paula you were the 1 that I listened to on steal,kill and destroy,I didn't have a clue what narcissism was or what a narcissist was, I've did the same dived straight in and started researching narcissism and narcissts,I always knew their was something wrong with most relationships whether that was work, family and partners just couldn't figure out what was wrong, it's a battle for good against evil and Paula you were the start of my journey and im so thankful for everything you've done for me and many many others who finally found out what we have been dealing with, narcissts are demonic and anyone who thinks narcissts are a minority have alot to learn their everywhere,🌹❤️

Congratulations Paula! I got my copy on kindle! I can’t remember if it was this video or another one where you mentioned something about glowing (or having an inner light) after dealing with a narcissist. I had an experience like that. I used to live in the Boston area. I worked at one of the best psychiatric hospitals in the country….Always in the top five in the United States. The hospital is affiliated with Harvard University. It is a teaching hospital. All this to say that I learned a lot there, as well as, in college about personality disorders… but something was missing. After educating myself and working at the hospital on several different inpatient units and in the emergency crisis unit (for over ten years) I know there’s a dark side to these people. You speak about narcissistic abuse like you know it first hand. You are the real deal and your higher purpose is to help many of us. You’re a true survivor and a great healer. I survived several narcs in my life. I prayed to God for help with the worst one and He saved me. I would probably be dead if I stayed in that dangerous relationship. My mother called me at work the day after my ex boyfriend attacked me. She never called me at work, nor was I speaking to her on a regular basis at that time. She said she had a terrible nightmare about me and she knew instinctively that something was very wrong. If this isn’t spiritual warfare (as you said) then how do we explain these things? I was able to stay with her and get my life back on track. Throughout the years, I went on to help victims of domestic abuse, homeless people and psych patients. While I was working at the psych hospital near Boston, I met a psychiatrist who believed in possession and wrote several papers on it. He said psychology can’t explain everything. Anyway…I hope this comment isn’t too rambling and makes some sense. I have been in the psychiatric field for 25 years and I am here to thank you for continuing my education. When you talk about these things, it’s like everything finally makes more sense. I believe God led me to you. I’m still on the journey…💕 I love your dog Remi too! Pet therapy! ❤

Received your book yesterday and started reading it last night.... small print may take me awhile...but was impressed with your writing. I have been a book editor and publisher in past. Interesting that recently I also came to the conclusions that there are different species here on earth in human form as you mentioned. My personal awareness is that the more enlightened and empathic humans originate from a another place other than earth..... with the large percentage of humanity being Narcissistic in one way or another I have come to the conclusions that they are the original genetic earthling...their lack of growth and development is due to many lives of irresponsible Narcissistic behavior.
