@@eszhun2296 you may want to consider a retreat with Opus Sanctorum Angelorum. Fr Basil’s order runs those retreats and silence is taught during one of their silent retreats as well.

Please pray for me im in a very low place and i don't understand why. I wish i could focus on my guardian angel. I don't like the noise i wish i could get away to a retreat with Nuns and just get a mind clearing. And a spiritual cleansing.

In "Way of A Pilgrim" the "Unceasing Prayer" used is the "Jesus Prayer." "Lord, Jesus Christ, have Mercy on me, a sinner." (from Prayer of the Publican, Holy Gospel of St. Luke 18:13) A small Rosary in the hand can be used with this. The Prayer can be eventually shortened to the first half of the sentence, ...and shortened further... Eventually, one may wish to simply Pray the Holy Name, "Je - sus" with the in-breath: Je and the out-breath: sus "Pray without ceasing. In all things give thanks; for this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you all." St. Paul's Letter to the Thessalonians 5:17-18 This verse is actually what causes the Pilgrim to begin his Way, when he hears this Passage during Holy Mass and asks: "How can we Pray Without Ceasing?" He is told by the Priest not to take it literally, it is just a figure of speech and is impossible. But the Pilgrim asks, "Then Why are we Told to Do It?" Then he meets a monk on the road in front of the church who says, come to the Monastery - that's what we do all the time! He goes and learns to Pray the Jesus Prayer, then goes on Pilgrimages, walking to Holy Shrines, "Praying without Ceasing." He says "he no longer says the Prayer, but It says Itself and he watches and listens." He Sees that God Is Everywhere, and In Him we live and move and have our being. (Acts of the Apostles 17:28) In the Book of Apocalypse, we read that Satan is Chained and locked into the Abyss. The Holy Rosary, Unceasing Prayer, is such a Chain. It removes the Forbidden fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, so that you can once again "Walk with God in the cool of the Day," Letting His Will be Done on Earth, as It is in Heaven. Fiat mihi secundum Verbum Tuum. 🙏☀️🙏
