I'm glad your anxiety is getting better I can relate to having my home as my safe place I love going to a bookstore but i sometimes just can't because of anxiety luckily there are ways to get books deliverd to your house 😅 But when i do get out it's always fun to reward myself with a book 😂 I actually read somewhere that people who read are less anxious,depressed... It certainly helps me You just forget your problems you get new fictional problem that the main character solves for you 😄

I can relate to that! I bought SO MANY books online over the last few weeks 😅😂 And reading definitely helps me too! A good book and a cup of hot tea is the perfect distraction! 📚☕️😌

I bought that Danielle Jensen book for its metallic sprayed edges, too (the story was secondary to my purchasing the book)! I couldn't resist 😏. I had also bought a lot to books this last few weeks as my retail therapy. My mental fortitude was not up to par and I let myself go. So I hope that this upcoming weeks will be better for you (since I know mentors health has its ups and downs) 🙏💛.

I actually started reading it last night! I'm about 100 pages in and it's pretty good so far. Ren (the mc) is not what I was expecting, but it makes me like her character more! lol If you end up starting it we can totally chat about it! ☺️

I kind of want to read The Girls I've Been because based on that last sentence, in my mind she's a sleeper agent, trained assassin, undercover agent, deadly weapon...etc. etc. but I really don't know if that's true, and maybe she's just a girl in a bank that's getting robbed wishing she were in an atm vestibule with Candler Bing instead.
