this tune takes me back to a simpler time the50s and 60s was the best time to grow up in .I just turned 80 who says you are to old to rock in roll so keep it alive kids .

Right On, Brother. I'm 64, can't believe how weak so much of today's music is, in my opinion. I consider myself fortunate to grow up with this music.

Gonna make some enemies here but must say Leslie is not miked up high enough and sounds like the guitars were just winging it (poorly). Why didn't the horns take a verse? OK, come and get me but must say I been a big fan since day 1.

I don't understand what y'all hear in his solos. They sound so patchy and beginner-like. They're not fluid almost as if he isn't able to play guitar. You and even Stevie Ray Vaughan call him a great guitarist, but I'm yet to see what you two are talking about.
@gregscavuzzo54572 жыл бұрын
@@TheMidnightModder Go back and listen to the first 4 Fabulous Thunderbirds record's and his band Storm then listen to his last four or five recordings, his music has changed so much, he is a band leader and plays in a style all his own, but on those Thunderbird records he rips it up

@harrisdupree33235 жыл бұрын
Not true! "Help Me" is a blues standard first recorded by Sonny Boy Williamson II in 1963.[1] The song, a mid-tempo twelve-bar blues, is credited to Williamson, Willie Dixon, and Ralph Bass and is based on the 1962 instrumental hit "Green Onions" by Booker T. and the MGs.[1] "Help Me" became a hit in 1963 and reached number 24 in the Billboard R&B chart.[2]
