I experienced exactly what you describe. I was dating a girl during my engineering, and we had been together for close to four years. I was sure that if I married this girl, we would live happily ever after. I was considering buying a flat because I currently live in a chawl because the girls' parents will inquire if I have my own apartment or not if there are ever any marriage-related discussions between two families. That's why I bought a two-bedroom apartment in October 2018. It was a ready possession flat. At age 26, I purchased this apartment. Something was developing in her workplace during this time behind my back. She grew close to one of her coworkers, and they soon began dating. My calls and texts were disregarded in the meanwhile. I reasoned that perhaps she had too much work on her plate at the office and wasn't responding to my messages. Either I was naive or I wished our fairy tale would never end. She eventually cheated on me. I lost all of my peace, mental health, etc. since I couldn't handle this, and I also lost my job because I wasn't productive enough. My family suffered greatly as a result of the infidelity of the woman for whom I purchased this flat. We used our life savings for the down payment and left with no money. For three years, I was unemployed. My ex, who had cheated on me with her colleague, ultimately made the decision to marry someone else (not her colleague) who her parents had chosen. I was unable to pay my EMIs throughout this time. The bank acquired control of the apartment after accruing interest, and now I am responsible for paying the apartment's debts. I was ultimately left with nothing in my possession. I was completely destroyed. Our relative also turned on us and began making fun of us, saying things like, "Jaldbazi ki ghar lene me, soch ke decision lena chahiye tha," etc.

Thanks man i think boys nowadays are giving way too much attention to girls The more we do it the more we keep on screwing ourself It is better to grow and work on ourself I have a similar experience but i lost all my interest in my work and eventually it affected my whole life as well and i was never what i intended to be So screw girls and work on rebuilding yourself Good luck for your future man

Even I thought that I will not meet with an accident and did not take insurance cover on home loan, after taking home loan within an year I met with a road accident resulting in spinal cord injury and now I am paralyzed below chest, completely on wheelchair for life, lost job..... This is real

Sir, i booked at 22 Lakh in 2011. It is small 2 BHK. I completed it while never went to onsite. Lot of x colleagues they became jeolous and booked their houses in big brands at 45+ lakh and went to onsite by doing office politics to get in the queue first। At the end all are having same 2 Bhk, but different brands। My being middle level builder gave me more carpet area and best amenities as it has no obligation to show elephants teeths। As i had less loan i payed it early। Whereas my friends still continuing with emi। At age of 42 i am free from home building liability and focused on my kids future।

@@rachangoudapatilnidoni5058 sir, we also sacrificed lot of things in life, at one point after coming back from vacation my company shut down and got only one week of notice, though the manager's enjoyed 6 months of payed notice. Struggle is there for all, but mostly people are in race with each other, not for their own selves. Thanks for your wishes sir.

Nice piece of advice, Sir. Sending this to my in-laws, relatives even to my parents who think a second or a third home is always a best option for future investment. Idhar jeb ka ek ched silaai nahi hua udhar dusra ho jaata hai aur upar se yeh inflation. Golgappe bhi 50 ki plate hue hai. Always have something as a second income. Do anything after work, delivery karo, home made products etcetera. Make yourself economically strong. Log tumhe tumhare bank balance ko paimaana mankar tumhari kimat tay karte hai. Paisa khatam, yaari, dosti, rishtedaari khatam. Bitter but truth.

I have a 2bhk flat in a tier 1 city and during the pandemic I shifted to native place and started living in my grandfather's house which he left to us. The old house is a real swarg with ample light and ventilation. I now realized how much urban builders are exploiting us.

*This is harsh truth sir* ❤️❤️ I am sharing this video for sure My advice to all middle class youth is before marriage only make it clear to your wife , in-laws and your parents..That without prior financial planning you are not going to buy a flat or have kids , cause mental peace is what is priority to you as well as for the family. If your in-laws and would be wife refuse to take your advice and blackmail you , then simply show them the gate of your home and bid a goodbye.If these kind of conditions are involved in marriage then its not worthy at all.The marriage will collapse anyway if you lose the flat owning game in the middle due to uncertainty. It's not love but we'll calculated securing of interest at the cost of mental peace of a man.

There is nothing wrong in buying a house....as long as you know your capacity to pay the emi. Owning a house is a basic necessity. Plan properly....that's all. If recession happens it happens for whole world and if economy grows same happens with whole world....one needs to keep updated with latest skills to be employed.

Always have 6 to 12 months of expenses(including all the emis) aside as a emergency fund in case if you get laid off...you have a buffer until you get new job....Recessions are a part of our economy and they will be coming and markets will fall down so the economy.....and at the same time market will rise....My self just being 35 yrs old have witnessed 3 recessions....and i have learned that the real estate will never be going down given the size of the country and population of India.....

It’s still relevant after 50 years from 2023 ❤ I faced same situation after booking second flat for an investment but somehow I realised this will not work for me and thankfully one day I realised salesman’s tone is also going negative as sir told and then I immediately decided to cancel the booking. I had paid two lac rupees as a token. Salesman told it will not be refunded but I was even ready for that looking at future issues.

You are showing real scenarios which i myself went through some. My home with the builder also went through lot of litigation of farmers as it was in Noida extension. In those times my relatives and friends used to demoralize me as they themselves were living on rent and were lacking guts to buy their own house. In all the 6 years till i get the possesion of our home in 2017 , i faced lot of criticism , jealousy, and negativity from all near and dear once। I never had any competition with any one , just a desire to have a small roof for us in case of bad times. But i found that many were iliving in comparison with me। Here most of the people have more time to spend on what others are doing instead of focusing on their own task। Many of my friends were happy(i felt with their tone) when i lost jobs in between and used to ask how i will pay emi। But they did not knew that emi's were 700 Rs per month. I had repaid bulk of my loan during happy times instead of spending it on leisure. At the end i realize who are real well wishers and who are a**holes even if they are in blood relations or so called friends.

Very good points made here. Builders cheat, projects get delayed, loss of job, salary reduction, accidents, diseases are common circumstances and even whole project can be declared illegal by authorities or courts.

Sir you make lot of sense I am earning around 2 lacs per month but still haven’t bought a flat till now I am also not planning to buy any flat in Bangalore I want to live in freedom I want to be financially independent after few years so that I can start something of my own I don’t think there is any issue in staying in rent as long as I am working please suggest 🙏

Sir very true ..but in my case it's education related my course yearly feeee will be 50 lakh total 3 year course and my total expenditure will fall around 2 cr with everything included. I get pressurized to take loan and study but I didn't and parents are angry with me but felt good after looking at your video. I know it's not about education par life ka bharosa nahi. Aaj education loan for study loan

@@mgupta3525 i actually m an mbbs graduate . In recent counselling after neet pg exam i didn't get seat in my favourite branches but i am getting seat in not so favourite branches. I easily was able to get seat in post graduation cources in self financed hospital but charges are around 50 lakh a year. My parents say that doctor can easily earn 2 cr but that's not true it takes years of experience to reach their plus i have health issues and i am scared I will die soon if my health becomes bad . I cannot sleep at night if i charge my patients unfairly. I wish to practice fairly but most importantly i don't want to have crores of loan on my head if i know my health will not be good.
