There is no such thing as an open loop feedback system. In control systems theory, the feedback loop makes it a closed loop. The presenter is confusing open loop and closed loop control systems theory

Yes. I'm from the engineering world and it was strange at first hearing, because in our world a closed loop is a feedback loop and an open loop is something that works on preset values, like a toaster. But anyway it was very interesting to listen to the presentation, thank you, it was great!

I appreciate Gary's point on real-time and trading in the now with the DOM and T&S. He also mentioned that most TA Charts are not providing an edge for day traders.

Plenty of online courses or YT videos on how to trade the DOM and how to do DOM drills to build skills. The only gibberish is your comment.

It was a lot of talk and no representation of dom tricks. Just phyrschology bullshit. I highly recommend looking at fat cat, apteros, or ft71. Garry may know his stuff, but fuck sake give one example in a video. Goodness me. Like show a headfake in the here and now. What do you do if you get stopped out. Do you evaluate. Was the bid ask divergence not what you thought there? The momentum just went know where. Things like this are valuable insight for a Dom aspiring trader. Not psychology Mumbo jumbo. I wager Garry is slowing down/loosing his edge and he regresses to what most old people do, live off what they already built. In his case it’s selling shit.

This man has is stuff sorted out, he managed to get an edge and kudos to him for that... but he shows an absolute lack of understanding of how the $spx markets work... he seems to assume the market is a big russian salad where some derivatives have some influence , other have some more or some less influence and the components ALSO influence... and that is a gross misunderstanding of how it actually works... ES IS THE MARKET, all the rest is just noise or confirmation, $spx options, $spy, mag 7, individual stocks, etc etc... all of that simply follows what CME determines!

FFS, you missed the point. Firstly the Footprint lags the DOM, and adding the DOM or FP to the chart still has you tarding off the chart and slows your response times. Also the trade setups from purely the DOM are completely different to chart based setups.
