Time to add a lil FAQ, or FCC bc they're frequently commented comments 😂 1. "Fool's Fate has a map in it" - Yup, it does. So do most of the books on my TBR, but you can't double up on Magical Readathon prompts. Plus I still have mood read and like 70% of the books I own also have maps. 2. "The Kiss Quotient isn't a standalone" It is book one in a series of standalone romance where every instalment is a companion novel and has a self-contained plot. Therefore it is both a series and a standalone. 3. "You have until April to do the character prompts so don't worry about them" - yup I do but I also have books on my bookopoly tbr that i have to read anyway so seems silly not to use them for the prompts 4. "Shouldn't you have had 10 rolls because you start with 6" - I start with 5 rolls, always have 😊

Lol oh my, it was as mean to you as it was to Codie! And to think you put in all that work making it and it couldn't play nice. Though at least you got a good assortment of books with some shorter, quicker reads in there. =D I need to figure out my books and record me moving my pawn along the actual board. I did record my rolls already (even found a nice little app for dice rolling and looked up how to record my screen) so I'm excited to get into it. Just need to make them work for Magical readathon and Sci-Fi September as well.

The dice did me dirty as well, started with 2 rolls (thought could always do more as I go) and ended up with 5 😅 But the board was nice to me and gave me good prompts! But 5 bookoplathon books + 7 books for magical readathon added up to me having to read 163 pages a day, so yeah. Wish me luck and good luck to you 📚👀

Oh my god the dice were not in your favour this month at all. I would have added Angel volume 1 for monsters as he's a vampire as you could have had two small graphic novels fit in there so easily. Great TBR for Bookoplathon, when it comes to the Wicked Villains Series, I absolutely binged the whole lot and books 1,2 &3 are amazing and definitely the best. There is a short story collection book at the end where you revisit everyone. I definitely preferred the front three books over the back 3 and the short story collection. I think Queen takes Rose, the final book for me is the worst and just prepares you for the Sabine Valley series

Question: if you count The Kiss Quotient as a standalone, why not those erotic fairy tale retellings? The Kiss Quotient is part of a companion trilogy and there are cameos of the characters between the books. Of course, it is your choice, but even though the plots are self-contained, I think I've spotted a linear time progression. Book two is set after book one. I'm curious if this keeps going with The Heart Principle (which is on my TBR next month. I had a tentative TBR set up with the prompts I rolled but I'm thinking of throwing it out of the wind and redoing it. There are some books I had left on my August TBR that I want to fit in). And I did roll two doubles and ended up with a total of 7 rolls. The last two of which landed on a chance square so that'll land me some opportunities to throw in some more poll picks later on. Polls are a nice way to include some more chance in my reading. My TBR is long enough that it includes enough books to do this anyway and for some of them, I need to be more in the mood than others so it really works out :D
