Omygosh! I still can’t wait for you to read Night Film & The Shadow of the Wind! You posted a video earlier this year & I was talking about reading Night Film. I actually did read it & it was really good! I can definitely see you getting scared! :) The last maybe 100 pages did have me reeling! I definitely want to read her other books! And I’m so with you about the 20s! I thought this would be our time to shine! On the bright side, the decade isn’t over at all, so hopefully things will get better! 🙃🤗🤗 Well, I love you, Lexi!💕💕💕 Sending you all the positive vibes!✨✨✨ I’m looking forward to your week of thrillers as I really enjoyed your spooky vlogs for last October! 😊💕✨

Great TBR! I'm currently reading Don't You Cry by Mary Kubica (also just finished her new novel The Other Mrs. on Audible this morning). I also just bought The Turn of the Key by Ruth Ware so that's going to be coming up shortly and I also bought The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, which I've read many years ago. I enjoyed it then, but not as much as I feel I might love it even more now, so I'm excited about that!

#108... I just read Primer, by Jennifer Muro, and loved it. Kitty and the Moonlight Rescue, by Paula Harrison, is also a great read, but I am not finished with it yet (2 chapters left). The Forget-Me-Not Summer is also a great read in my opinion, but I have about 100 pages to read before finishing it. I got the 2 next books in the series, so I'm glad I like it enough to read the next book. I was also reading the Amulet series, by Kazu Kibuishi and have been enjoying it from the start. All other books I have mentioned before so I'm not gonna do that here. But yeah, I'm still reading 6 books. I'm gonna try to focus on The Forget-Me-Not Summer this weekend, but if I manage to do something else, I will try to listen to the other books to see if I like them enough to continue with them. I only like half of them, I think...

I gave in and bought ten thousand doors of january for my kindle. I had inter library loaned it before all this stuff hit so for all I know it’s actually AT the library... but since it’s closed right now, no way to know. Anyway just started that one. Also just finished reading the first two books in the Heartstrikers series (free kindle for those on amazon reading unlimited) and they were pretty fun paranormal books about dragons. So I will probably read the next three before my free trial subscription runs out. Thanks for the book ideas, I put a couple on my online library wish list!

Great video! A new subscriber here and I'm excited to watch the rest of your videos, as we have a similar taste in books ^_^ If you like magical realism, I highly recommend books by Sarah Addison Allen. She has six published novels and they're all pretty much comfort reads to me, I absolutely adore them. The Sugar Queen also has a lot of foo descriptions, like Chocolat, but all of her books are wonderful :) Another huge favourite is Alice Hoffman's magical realism books, although her books can get a bit darker.
