We don't plan to return to Paris soon but oh, what delightful recommendations these are! You've inspired me to make more library requests (Paris My Sweet, Paris in Bloom, When in French, Lunch in Paris)...what a joy it is to learn more about Paris specifically but the world in words in general. Who couldn't do with beautiful romantic images and stories? You are right...these books are pure spring!

There are so many of these books I have, and now so many more I want to add to my collection. My next trip to Paris at the end of March, will unfortunately be like the last one; accompanied by 50+ year 8 boys on a school trip. Whilst we don’t do anything that would be on my list to do it is still ‘Ah Paris’ and I wouldn’t miss it. Merci.

Hi Miranda! Loved this video. Although I doubt I will ever get to Paris, I can still dream about it, and you have some recommendations here that I will be looking forward to reading. Was wondering if you have ever read any of Vivian Swift's books? She has written 3 books and they are all illustrated. I have read them each a couple of times and always lose myself in them.
