I’m so happy to have my own ever growing library of books to read for the first time or favorites to re-read. Although I have many unread books in my collection, I see it as many worlds I have yet to paper travel. My younger self would have been ecstatic!

Such beautiful books! Some of my favorites are The Great Gatsby, The Age of Innocence, ...And Ladies of the Club and The Secret History. I also love everything by Amor Towles and Kate Morton.

Thank you! Thanks for including some of your favs. Agree with The Great Gatsby, it’s one of my favorite classics too. I’ve read 2 of Amor Towles books and have enjoyed what I’ve read so far. So glad to hear you enjoyed…and Ladies of the Club! It’s one I don’t hear talked about and one I’ve owned for a few years with intentions of reading it, but whew, it’s a whopper.

Beetlejuice! Beetlejuice! Beet......oops 😹 You have a great collection. As I am unpacking at the new house, I am ruthlessly culling my collection 😿 Favorite book of all time.....well let's assume that my answer is something besides Hobbit/LOTR then it would be Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman. I have it on paperback, kindle, audible, audio cd (full cast BBC edition), as well as the hardback author's cut edition and illustrated by Chris Riddell edition and I won't rule out buying any future editions haha. And the runner up that has a solid spot in my heart is Spindle's End by Robin Mckinley - I only have one copy, a grocery store mass market paperback circa 2000 (and I bought it new that year). It was the first grownup fairytale retelling I ever read and it set the standard for me although apparently it is not her most popular.

Moving is a great time to unload some books(and other things). I actually took 3 bags to Half Price books to sell as I was doing the bookshelf tours. I’m so glad to hear you love Spindle’s End! I just recorded my Summer TBR and that’s one of the books to read.
